Rental Information

You realize that renting snow clothes/summer gear is a great idea but you have some questions…

Here’s how it works:

• In the winter; we rent snow coats, jackets, snow bibs, snowboarding pants, snow boots, gloves,  and sleds!   This includes infant to 4XL and boots from 5 toddler to men’s 13.

• In the summer; we rent wet suits, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach tents and beach carry-all carts. Wet suits range in size from 2 toddler to men’s XXL.

Rental pick-ups AND drop offs are by appointment only. You can set your own appointment at
Please show up on time or cancel your appointment 2 hours prior.  This will allow someone else time to fill it in.  There is a $20.00 fee for missed appointments.  You’ll need to pay that before you are able to rent in the future.

Pick up and drop off is at 90 N William Dillard Dr, C117 Gilbert 85233 (On the north side of Elliot between Arizona Ave and McQueen, just east of the railroad tracks. We are in the middle building of the Elliot Business Center.)

Parking:  There are only 2 reserved parking spots for our suite (C117).  If they are taking, please find a non-reserved spot.  This applies to Monday – Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.  Thank you for being respectful to my neighbors.

The rental fee is $7.00 per item, for the entire weekend. You have the item for up to 5 days.  If you your rentals for a longer period, the rental fee is $1.00 per item, per day.  If you are going to fall into two weekends, then the rental fee is $12.00 per item.  The rental fee is paid by cash or credit card only and due at time of pick up.

There is also a security deposit per item. Most items will range in price from $10.00 to $40.00 per item. Security deposits are based on the items replacement value and will be itemized on the receipt. The security deposit is paid by cash or credit card, at time of pick up. Credit cards are charged at pick up and security deposits are returned at drop off. If the items are not returned the rental fee plus the deposit will not be returned.

Damaged or Lost Items: If you damage or lose an item, your full security deposit will not be refunded. Upon pick up, the invoice will list the security deposit for each item, so that you will be aware of the items replacement value and what you will need to pay if the item(s) are lost or damaged. It is your responsibility to look over all items before returning. If we find damage to an item while returning to the racks, we add a note to the system and in some cases, we chose not to rent to some customers in the future.

Along with the rental fee and security deposit, I will need your name, mailing address, phone number and email address for the invoice. If you schedule your appointment online, you will be prompted to input.

You are responsible for washing ALL items before returning them. I would suggest washing snow clothes on warm, in a delicate wash. (The inner liner could fuse to the Velcro if dried on high, long term. When you pull them apart, you will create a rip/hole.) So, please only dry snow clothes for a MAXIMUM of 10 minutes. Then hang to finish the drying process. All boots and sleds should be returned free of any dirt or debris. I suggest using a hose to wash off the outside really well (sometimes scrubbing is necessary) and then leave outside to dry. If you have allergies to detergents or animals, I would suggest washing Before and After use.


Reservations: Would you like to try on snow gear to guarantee we have everything you and your family needs to rent a week or more before you head out of town? There is a $20.00 fee to reserve 1+ item(s), per family. Just schedule a date and time to come by through the scheduler ( and select Reservation Only. You’ll also need to schedule a time to come back and pick up.  We will make sure everything is ready to go the day you have scheduled to pick up.  During you Pick Up, you will pay the rental fee and security deposit but it is not a time to try on more items. The fee covers the 2 trips and time needed to collect all the items that are being rented in between when you tried on and when you pick up. There are no refunds on the reservation fee. This includes canceling your trip.
