Rental Selection
- Choose your desired winter or summer gear during your scheduled appointment.
Appointment
- Schedule your rental pick-up and drop-off appointments exclusively via rentingseasons.com/book-now.
- Remember, timely attendance is crucial to avoid a $20.00 missed appointment fee.
Location
- Our pick-up and drop-off spot is located at 90 N William Dillard Dr, C117 Gilbert 85233.
- Find us on the north side of Elliot between Arizona Ave and McQueen, in the middle building of the Elliot Business Center.
Parking
- Limited reserved parking is available (2 spots for suite C117).
- If occupied, please park in a non-reserved spot during Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, to respect our neighbors.
Fees
- The rental fee is $7.00 per item, for up to 5 days.
- For longer rentals or spans over two weekends, adjusted fees apply.
- Payment is accepted in cash or credit card at pick-up.
- A security deposit (ranging from $10.00 to $40.00 per item) is also required, payable at pick-up.
Responsibility
- You are responsible for cleaning all items before returning gear.
- Follow provided guidelines for washing snow clothes and ensuring boots/sleds are free of dirt or debris.
Reservation
- Reserve snow gear in advance for a fee of $20.00 for 1+ item(s) per family.
- Utilize the scheduler at rentingseasons.com/book-now to guarantee availability.
- No refunds are provided for the reservation fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, unfortunately we don’t have the same hours every day. We base our staff and business hours on the weather. If we can add more time slots, it will show when you book an appointment. BOOK NOW
All rental pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only. No walk-in’s are allowed, as our days and hours vary.
All winter rentals, including gloves, are $7.00 per item, for a rental period of up to five (5) days.
You can rent any item for as long as you would like. The first five (5) days would be $7.00, and then it is $1.00 per day, per item. So your total would be $12.00 for ten (10) days, per item.
If you rent on Thursday and return on Tuesday, it will be $7.00 per item. If you rent on Friday and return on Monday, it will be $7.00 per item. Basically, if you have a rental over the weekend, it will be $7.00 per item. However, if you rent on Tuesday and return on Thursday, it will still be $7.00 per item.
Yes, we carry all size from infant to 4XL in clothing. Boots sizes range from 5 Toddler (5T) to Men’s 13.
No, there is no guarantee. You will try on and pick from what is available, in the store, at your appointment.
You can reserve winter rentals two (2) weeks to a month before your trip. Come in and try on rental gear before your trip. You will leave the rentals but come back just before your trip to pick-up the exact items you reserved. There is a $20.00 fee, per family, due at the reservation appointment. (Non-refundable) The $7.00 per item rental fee is due at time of pick-up.

No, we do not offer either.
Yes, we offer a 5% cash discount. If we don’t have to pay credit cards fees, neither do you. The $7.00 per item rate is based on paying by credit card.

Yes, you will need to pay the amount listed on your invoice, under “value.”
No, unfortunately, rips tend to open or make new rips more easily. If we can fix it, we will and do not charge. However, if we choose not to fix the rip, you will need to pay for the damaged item.
No. You may need to cancel your appointment and reschedule for another day. Keep in mind that you will be charged $1.00 per item, per day that you keep the rentals. If we receive dirty rentals, we charge a cleaning fee of $20.00 for the first 4 items and $3.00 for each additional item.
Coats, bids, pants, and gloves can be washed in your machine at home. Wash on a warm, delicate cycle. Only dry for 15 minutes and then hang to complete the drying process.
Sleds and the rubber on the bottom of boots can be washed outside with a hose making sure all mud and dirt debris is scrubbed off.
No, the renter before you used their favorite soap. If you have any allergies, you can wash before and then after you use the rentals.
